Workshop with NRP 69 researchers: Understanding and promoting healthy and sustainable food choices
Twenty-two NRP 69 research projects are nearing their end. We invite you to learn about their results in three workshops led by researchers. Practical solutions to encourage healthy eating and to make the food production chain more sustainable will be discussed.

In Switzerland, a large spectrum of food products is available to the consumers. However, it remains difficult for them to choose healthy and/or sustainable food at affordable prices. During this workshop, we will explore ways of understanding and promoting healthy and sustainable food choices. When doing so, we will consider the link between food and health, as well as the role played by the social, economic and political environment of the consumer.
