Workshop with NRP 69 researchers: Designing a sustainable food system for Switzerland
Twenty-two NRP 69 research projects are nearing their end. We invite you to learn about their results in three workshops led by researchers. Practical solutions to encourage healthy eating and to make the food production chain more sustainable will be discussed.

Food production consumes a lot of natural resources and strains the environment. During this workshop, we will suggest strategies that could reduce environmental impacts, thus contributing to a more sustainable food system in Switzerland. We will also explore the social and economic dimensions of sustainability along the food chain.
