Focus Food. Workshop of TA-SWISS and Science et Cité
The question of food will be discussed during "Focus Food", a workshop organised by TA-SWISS and Science et Cité. Several experts will give their inputs and talk about the coming challenges with the participants.

What will the diets of the future look like? How can food trends be evaluated? Why are so many food products thrown away in Switzerland? How much does healthy food cost?
These questions and many others will be discussed during the workshop "Focus Food", which is organised by TA-SWISS and Science et Cité (both members of the Swiss Academies of Arts and Sciences). During this event, several food experts from the economy, research and from other organisations will give their inputs. Participants will discuss the challenges related to food and will formulate recommendations for actions addressed to the politics. At the end of the day, these recommendations will be tested during a round table with members of the Swiss Parliament.
